Fascia

Your body's master web for movement, perception and healing

Pronounced fah-sha. The tissue most people have never heard of shapes how you move, stand and even hold stress.

The session

Fascia is the continuous web that wraps and connects every muscle, bone and organ. Rich in sensory nerve endings, it does not just hold the body together: it shapes how you move, stand and carry tension.

Chops Hsu showed how fascia behaves as living, adaptive tissue that responds to temperature, emotion and targeted touch. When it is restricted, the body compensates everywhere; when it moves freely, everything else follows. Members learned how to read and reset it, rather than chase symptoms.

What we covered
  • How the fascial web orchestrates movement, posture and recovery
  • Why fascia is an overlooked source of chronic pain, and how to address it
  • Why fascia gets stuck, and precise techniques to restore flow
