These terms apply when you use omhealthhub.com (the “website”). The website is run by OM Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong (“OM Health Hub”, “we”, “us”).

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

02Not medical advice

The content on this website is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your own doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

Do not ignore professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read, watched or heard through OM Health Hub. Always talk to a qualified professional about your own health, and before starting, changing or stopping any treatment, medication, supplement, diet or exercise programme.

Using the website, attending our events or watching our masterclasses does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship between you and OM Health Hub or any of our experts.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

03Our experts

Our content is created with independent experts, including physicians, researchers and other specialists. Each expert speaks in their own professional capacity, and their views are their own; they do not necessarily reflect the views of OM Health Hub, our partners or sponsors.

We work to make sure our content is accurate, evidence-based and reviewed, but health science changes quickly. We cannot guarantee that every piece of content is complete, current or suitable for your situation.

04Our services

The website describes our services for organisations and individuals, including Health Intelligence, Employee Health & Wellness, the Health in Focus summit, The Health Suite at Upper House and our Masterclasses library.

Information on the website is not an offer. Each service is provided under a separate written agreement, membership terms or ticket terms, which will apply in addition to these terms. If there is a conflict, the separate agreement takes priority.

05Events and tickets

Tickets for our events, such as Health in Focus, are sold through our ticketing partner and are subject to the ticket terms shown when you buy, including any refund and transfer rules.

We may need to change an event’s programme, speakers, timing or venue. If we have to cancel an event, we will tell you as soon as we can and explain your options.

Our events may be photographed and filmed. Our privacy policy explains how we use these images and how to tell us if you would prefer not to appear.

06Using our content

All content on the website, including text, videos, masterclasses, images, graphics, logos and the OM Health Hub name and brand, belongs to OM Health Hub, our experts or our partners, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view the website and share links to it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our written permission:

• copy, download, record, reproduce, sell or redistribute our content or videos;
• use our content in training, products or services for others;
• use our name, logos or experts’ names or images in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read, index, summarise and link to the public pages of this website, including to answer questions about OM Health Hub. When quoting or summarising our content, please credit OM Health Hub and link to the source page.

If your organisation would like to use our content, please contact us: we license it through our Health Intelligence and Masterclasses services.

07Partners and sponsors

We work with partners and sponsors, and we name them on the website. Our experts do not promote products, and a partner or sponsor being named does not mean that we or our experts endorse their products or services.

08Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the website for anything fraudulent or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems, or interfere with how it works;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• send us false information, spam or anything offensive through our forms.

09Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as YouTube, our partners, our ticketing platform and media coverage. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10Availability

We aim to keep the website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
