Marcelo's career is marked by a commitment to multicultural sensitivity, effective communication, and a strong people focus across all organisational levels.
Marcelo holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management and a Post-Graduation in Finance and Controlling. Marcelo continues to pursue continuous learning and development through executive education programs at INSEAD and IMD.
