Lisa Cai

Lisa is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the global healthcare sector, having invested across venture capital and public equity investments in healthcare. As Portfolio Manager for Pivotal Life Sciences and Director at the Group CEO Office of Nan Fung Group, she leads the public equity investment effort into therapeutic companies with novel life sciences innovations that address unmet medical needs. Prior to her current roles, Lisa was a senior research analyst at NF Trinity, Nan Fung Group’s financial investment arm, where she managed investments in the global healthcare industry. Her previous experience also includes serving as a senior analyst at Agamemnon Capital, a global event-driven hedge fund, and managing global healthcare holdings as Assistant Vice President at the Chinese sovereign wealth fund, State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE).

Lisa began her career in private equity at Morgan Stanley and has served as a Board Observer for Navitor Pharmaceuticals and SomaLogic (acquired by Standard BioTools). She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
