Lindsay Jang is a trailblazing entrepreneur who has redefined Hong Kong’s culinary and wellness scenes. Best known as the founder of Yardbird, the iconic Sheung Wan yakitori restaurant that earned a Michelin star in 2021, Jang has also co-founded Ronin, an acclaimed izakaya-style dining bar.
Beyond the world of food, Jang has ventured into other industries with equal success. In 2021, she launched Family Form, a mat-based fitness program that combines movement and infrared heat to create an unparalleled workout experience. Designed with hospitality principles in mind, Family Form has gained international recognition, including a listing on Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop, and is expanding to Shanghai in early 2025.
Jang’s entrepreneurial journey also includes Hecho, a creative communications agency that has served high-profile clients such as Hongkong Land and Swire. Over the years, she has built and managed five businesses, learning valuable lessons from both successes and challenges. With a commitment to innovation and adaptability, Jang continues to push boundaries, blending creativity, wellness, and hospitality into every venture.
