About Hishamuddin

Dr. Hishamuddin Badaruddin is a physician specialising in longevity and preventive medicine, with more than three decades of experience. He began his medical career in emergency medicine in the UK before shifting his focus toward prevention and long-term health optimisation, integrating the latest evidence in longevity science in clinical practice.

He is the founder of Bartley Clinic in Singapore, which combines primary care with longevity medicine. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Hisham serves as club medical doctor for one of the Singapore professional soccer teams, bringing sports science and performance medicine into his broader work on vitality and healthspan.

As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Penn State University, Dr. Hisham continues to develop and teach frameworks for doctors and healthcare professionals on the practice of preventive medicine. He frequently speaks on healthy ageing, advocating for healthcare systems to shift from reactive treatment to proactive, personalised prevention.

Today, his mission is to democratise longevity — making the science of healthier lives accessible not only to elite athletes and executives, but to everyday individuals and families.
